Cancellation Policy
Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance.
50% CANCELATION FEE will be charged to card on file for cancelations within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment.
NO FEE will be charged for appointments that are canceled or rescheduled before 24 hours.
NO-SHOWS. The client will be charged 100% of the service fee to the card on file.
LATE ARRIVAL POLICY. If the client is more than 20 minutes late for a service, the service may have to be rescheduled and a cancelation fee will apply.
